Mechanics tips and tricks

 High Voltage Bobber

Not many shops will let you build your own bike with help from the mechanic, well more than a little help but, if you’re buying your parts and you listen to the professional you can build your own bike and actually have it come out really f*cking nice. This job started the usual way with a guy stopping in and asking questions about building a bike. We get this a lot. Few days later Lewis came in and bought the frame, a little while after that he came in and talked with Jerry about engines. Damn if he didn’t put a deposit down on a 80ci S&S EVO Engine. Jerry ordered parts, fabricated a few things and mocked the bike up. Lewis picked it up, took it apart had the paint done, the frame powder coated. He brought the bike back to the shop. Jerry changed a few things, he shaved the lower legs, powder coated them gloss black with the triple trees, did a little machine work to keep the bike looking clean and to stay with Lewis' vision. I missed pick up but Lewis really made my day with a text saying thanks and the bike is f*cking incredible and to thank Jerry for all the time and tech support. Nothing better than a happy customer that gets to do his own thing with a little help and a Bad Ass Bike.
