The Harley-Davidson® Forty-Eight® looks like it was built for speed, but it wasn't. With the help of Jackman Custom Cycles, it became BAD ASS

We ported and polished the heads, installed larger valves and valve springs, with a competition valve job. We disassembled the cam chest, and installed high performance cam shafts and a performance push rod
set. We machined the valve pockets in the pistons, put in a Power Commander, and tuned it. Now, this bike runs.

Yeah, we also did some cosmetic stuff on this like the custom 18" black powder coated wheels with stainless steel spokes, custom hubs, Metzeler tires for handling, and full floating rotors so it can stop with all the performance work we did on the engine. We also added a custom "48" seat, BMX bars with performance machine Renthal grips, and a tachometer with custom mount because Harley-Davidson® didn't. Wait there's more! We also moved the ignition switch to a more convenient position. I don't know about you, but I like having my key where I can reach it.
