1966 Harley Davidson XLCH Ironhead Restoration
This bike started with an engine rebuild and turned into a full restoration. Hard to put a beautiful restored engine into a bike that needed a little love. 1961 Harley Davidson Duo-Glide, Barn Fresh restoration

Jerry disassembled the engine and most of the bike, had the fins and exhaust ports on the heads repaired, overhauled the rocker arms, put in new push rods and oversized lifters, bored out the lifter blocks, rebuilt the engine with all new hardware, NOS stainless steel valve covers, new S&S Cycle pistons, overhauled the flywheels, with all new bushings, races, and bearings. Jerry balanced then engine and installed an S&S cam shaft and oil pump, modifying the oiling system. Jerry rewired the whole bike, factory style. He converted it to 12 volt with a Cycle Electric generator and electronic ignition. Update The 4 speed transmission was completed 2017 and this is a one kick Panhead with a excellent shifting trans.

2007 Harley Road King turned Dresser
I always called this the cross dresser. 2007 Road King that Jerry converted to a Dresser and rewired the bike so all the gauges, lighting & ignition would work with the factory fairing, stereo, fuel tank & dash.

This is not one of Jerry's favorite builds because he had a budget to work with. This guy got an amazing custom built rigid frame build for about 1/2 the price. it doesn't have the high end componets but, it's a damn fine bike.
